I’ll be reporting this week from the Living Future 2019 conference in Seattle, which promises to be newsworthy for at least two reasons.
First, several sessions — including today’s pre-conference Summit for a Carbon Free Future — will focus on the strides made in lifecycle carbon assessment of materials, products and projects.
Second, the International Living Future Institute will unveil Living Building Challenge version 4.0, an iteration that is expected to incorporate significant changes in the world’s most rigorous green-building standard.
